ITIL Organizations

ITSMF

The itSMF (IT Service Management Forum) is a membership-owned non-profit organisation for people interested in IT Service Management. One of its main focuses is the IT Information Library (ITIL) a set of guidelines defining good practices in the area of IT Service Management. Since it was first founded in the UK in 1991, the itSMF has become Europe's main independent organisation focusing on IT Service Management with national chapters in most European countries. Since 1996, and with bodies in the USA, Canada, Australia and South Africa, itSMF International is being considered the world's premier IT Service Management organisation.
